Complete as many rounds in 7 minutes as you can of:
3 Pull-ups Weighted
6 Push-ups Feet Elevated
9 Jumping Squats

Static
Hollow Rocks 2 minutes total work.

SP practice 10 lb dumbells x8, 25x8,45x6,50x4,55x2
SP work: 60x0,50x5,50x1, push press 50x5

jumping negs with attempted hold @ top x3
pushups with feet on 2 10lb bumper plates stacked x 6
air squats to med ball x 9

4 rounds + 3 jumping negs

PRESS = 55,55,55

Did jumping neg slight jump and slow decline.
Push-ups done on a milk crate
Jumping squats were awful.
