115-pound Hang clean, 15 reps
12 Ring dips
21 Sit-ups

hang cleans (15 reps): started with 12lb dumbbells, then used 15lb bar (knees hurt below parallel, had trouble staying upright with weight)
bench dips: 12 reps
situps with Abmat, feet anchored: 15 reps
4 rounds in 20 min

Bench Dips: 12 reps
Sit ups with Abmat: 15 reps
6 rounds in 20 minutes.
