warm up: 45x8, 65x6, 75x4, 85x2
work: 90x5, 95x5, 100x5

sprints...maybe 60 meters, 50meters and 40 meters?

Then the sprinting thing, I didnt puke so it was weak.. way to go Joe! :-D

knee pain so subbed shoulder presses and rowing
SP warmup: 15x8, 35x8, 45x6, 50x4, 55x2
SP work: 55 x 5, 55x2 then Joe switched me to pressing 35lbs every 20 sec for a total of 10 lifts

Work - 65x5, 75x5, 85x5

Stress Level Running - No problem :p
