Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Handstand push-ups

I did it in 20:02... I had to practice getting into hand stands... something I just cant seem to do... hand stands were 6,4,2.
