Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 12 minutes

Walking lunge 100 ft.
9 Pull-ups
9 Sit-ups

work
75x5, 85x5, 85x5 (very hard!)

BS warmup: 45x5, 55x5,65x5
BS work: 75x5 (didn't get depth on any), 70x5, 70x5 (depth ok on last 2 sets)

-need more depth
-hands have to progressed to looking like rigor mortis has set in.
