Knees were hurting and the form just wasn't there tonight

DL warm: 65x7, 85x5, 115x3
DL work: 125x2, attempted 125 again, but not comfortable so switched to 2 lifts per minute @ 95lbs. Hoped for 10 rounds but only did 3.

instead of power snatches, practiced Burgener warmup, then did 35 full reps with blue label PVC bar 3:49
