Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

Post number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments.

According to my daughter the future athletic trainer the following muscles hurt: latissimus dorsi, posterior deltoid, trapezius, rhomboids (major and minor).

Doing body rows with 40 pounds of Drakes Coffee Cakes works your muscles!!!
