Complete as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes
4 Pull-ups
4 Dips
4 Handstand Push-ups
4 KB Swings

Hip Bridge
3-5 Sets, 5-10 Reps each

4 jumping negs, 4 dips, 4 press(sinus' couldn't handle being upside down), 4 kb swings 18lb

8 rounds +4 jn and 4 dips

12lb, 15lb, 20lb
