doing front squats tomorrow

400 meters treadmill (1%) @ 6.4-6.8 speed
20 squats
10 burpees

did a third round of running, squats and struggled to do 2 burpees failed over and over and over on the push-up part for number 3 so I just took a rest. exhausted and hungry.
