front squats 3-3-3-3-3 warm up: 8x25lb, 6x35, 4x40 work: 45x5, 50x5, 60x5, 65x3, 65x3 using pre-weighted bars...had some trouble with 60lb, had to do the mini clean...not sure of the name to get the right position.
completed the cleans and sit-up workout from last week, posted there.
