Ok, seriously Kris... What's with your obsession with puking?? It's not an enjoyable thing. ESPECIALLY after rowing!!! God help us ALL!

No Pullups (elbow)
No Back Extensions (nothing appropriate to use.
Used the ironing board in the room for overhead squats. Kris, if you do this make sure the legs are facing down!!!

Strokes/Min = 31
Split = 159.3

German Hangs (first time) x2 attempts with lots of help from spotters!
