AMRAP in 10 Minutes:
5 Pushups, 10 Situps, 15 Air Squats

Abmat situps, tried to keep strict form on Push-ups.

3 Rounds plus 5 Pushups. Was a bit gassed! I'm in horrible shape but it can only get better!
