Team WoD:
Complete as many rounds as possible in twenty minutes of:

Dumbbell Snatch Right hand, 3 reps
Dumbbell Snatch Left hand, 3 reps
Dumbbell Overhead squat Right hand, 10 reps
Dumbbell Overhead squat Left hand, 10 reps
Row 500 meters

1) Dumbbell Snatch Right hand, 3 reps - Josh

2) Dumbbell Snatch Left hand, 3 reps - Josh

3) Dumbbell Overhead squat Right hand, 10 reps - Josh (Did regular squat with DB)

4) Dumbbell Overhead squat Left hand, 10 reps - Adam (5 on L, 5 on R)

5) Row 500 meters (Split 250/250)

Total= 6 rounds plus 3,3,10,10, 276m
