Several Runner's warmups
air squats

15mins
1 rep/min.
85lb Thruster - Deadlift
add 1 rep per minute
each round includes 5 burpees

finished 8 rounds + 5 thrusters

New tee shirt idea:
No fire in Hell - Just Burpees!

Jim that would be like saying no angels in heaven just burpees. I love burpees. they just need a halo on them...
