Rest

Perform as many Sprinters lunges as possible in 7 minutes

Post number of steps and weight used to comments.

Estimate = Around 60 I think, we all lost count

Back Squat 135lb - Still trying to work on consistent depth

7minof 12# db Spritners Lunge:
7-8lunges per "lap" did 20laps then lost count right around the 2min remaining mark.

Adam, I think we did closer to 200lunges!

practiced chin-ups with red band, 2 or 3 sets of 3
did one chin-up no band (PR!)

Sprinters lunges for 7 minutes. not low at all (knees hurt). lost count on number

I'll take your word for it Josh, what the hell! 200 is bigger that 60! haha
