Kettlebell Swing 60 seconds
rest 60 seconds
Pull-ups for 60 seconds
rest 60 seconds

185, 215x4(had bar too low)
*no third set
Couldn't get depth even with 75lbs). Couldn't get shoulders in the right place either.
