Three rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
55 pound one hand dumbbell snatch, 14 reps
9 Handstand push-ups

SN- 115, 125, 130 - new PR
OHS - 115, 130, 140, 155, 170 - new PR, was pretty easy - could have done more I think

15:23 - subbed 5s handstand holds for HSPU. Also did power snatch not full - didn't occur to me until after the workout that it might have been full snatches!

Snatch:
165, fail at 185. No new PR this week, could be all those wall runs yesterday.

OHS 180 (PR) again shoulders

18:28....devastating. That was like an 8 Joe. Then again could be my shoulders were burned out...

Opthalmic migraine after class...

Transitions from snatches to inversions were taxing
