10 Dumbbell snatch R
Russian lunge 25 ft
10 Dumbbell snatch L
Russian lunge 25 ft

Did box squat cause I don't have bumpers and missed the first week of it anyways:
20 inch box, 225, 235, 245 x3

exactly 3.5 rounds

Ended at 225.... damn Marines training killing any strength I had...

Used. 35lb kb, one round in six minujtes... damn crappy food and lack of sleep......

Oh and I have a pft tomorrow so I was going to do amrap five haha clearly that failed

Sitting @ home icing my lower back. 1 flag football game, 1.5 hours of basketball and a tackle football scrimmage later. Had not energy to come over.(And time). Hurt and hoping can make it tomorrow.

245 265 x 5 275X3 didnt go to failure since i was in a gym where they would get pissed if i dropped the bar and made a lot of noise
