Tuck Sits for L-Sits:

20, 20, 20, 20, 18, 20, 18, 18 = 2:34

WOD: 4 rounds + 30 box jumps, 20" box, 35 lb dbs, KITVOE (knees in the vicinity of elbows, after the first 3, pretty wasted from the sits).
