Skill:
Hollow Rocks

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 300 meters
1 Burpee

Each round add one burpee.

11 rounds + run + 4 burpees

My goal of 15 rounds would have been 4500 meters of running, in 20 minutes time not counting burpees that would have been 9.3mph. My fastest 5K ever was ~22.5 minutes which equates to 8.3mph. Thus my goal of 15 was straight up absurd.
