Thruster, 7 reps

Sub 500m row for 400m run (shin splints)

Cursed and almost cried halfway through last set of thrusters - rowing/thruster tandem sucks so good! :^)

Mobility:
Band work on shoulders (facing away and turning towards midline really helps stretch under scapula)
German hangs
Supine partner stretch
