Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 12 minutes.

5 Knees to elbows
7 Walking Lunges
12 Dumbbell Swings

did the filthy fifty at crossfit assault.

i didnt even finish it. stopped after the wall balls. i started the workout early because i had to leave early and it got hot because none of the windows were open. no one thought to open them since the majoirty of the people were not working out with me at the time. half of the ceiling has sky lights, it was like working out in a greenhouse. oh, almost forgot WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
