Hollow Rocks

Complete 3 rounds of the following

Push-press
Box Jump 
Row
Push-up

Each station last 60 seconds. Rest 60 seconds between each station. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
