Led? Haha! Um I think I lost some strength this summer (as show by my total!) with met con overload, and haven't had enough sleep. Oh yea, the pull-up bar is a bit retarded two, its like 2 inches thick - but good grip work!

Went for 7/7/7 thrusters, then 11/10 pullups. Similar progression on the way through, but had to break 3rd set up pullups into 3. Also, tried to do 3 breaths breaks then back into it, but was unable to after the first round. Breaks were closer to 8-10 breaths.
