Anterior Reaches
Jump Touches
Row for calories
KB Swings
Hang Power Cleans
Walking Lunges
Burpees 

In this workout you move from each station after 3 minutes. Each 3 minute interval is comprised of 2 minutes of work and 1 minute of rest. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
