Squat
5 - 5 - 5

In this workout you alternate between the two stations listed bellow every 60 seconds for a total of 5 rounds. This is a 10-minute workout where your score is your total number of reps completed.

DB cleans (these are FULL cleans with a squat),
Pushup

Post loads and repetition total to comments.
