17+18 reps. Yikes this week! Pushups gave out on the 3rd round in.
8 rounds using blue band.
10 rounds with thick blue. Slight increase over 9/13 with same. Lessons: sleep more, eat better, work out more. Simple, right?
I did 9 rounds of:3 Pullups with blue band until had to switch to ring rows.6 Push Ups 9 Air Squats
8 full rounds, 16 mins. Stop, felt weak...
