Skill: Handstand Progressions.

Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 20 minutes

Knees to Elbow, 7 reps
Walking Lunges, 100 feet
Box Jumps, 15 reps
115 pound Snatch, 7 reps

As I got tired, I got lazy getting under the bar on snatches. It was pretty much muscle snatch or nothing.
