Skill:Hand Balancing

"Barbara"
Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

R1 - 4:15 (vs. 3:43 last time)
R2 - 5:32 (vs. 5:00 lat time)
R3 - 6:40
R4 - 7:00
R5 - skipped to teach

32:27 total time for 4 rounds

Not sure what to make of slower times. Situps were a bit slower, perhaps squats a bit slower with time out from hip work.

What a work out!

R1 - Rx
R2 - 10 pu, 20 push ups, 40 sit ups, 50 squats
R3 - 10, 20, 30, 40
R4 - 5, 10, 15, 20

Only did 4 rounds capped at 30 minutes total to teach.

Due to injury, did body rows and pushups were plank with shoulder shrug. Capped time at 30 mins. 4 rounds (minus 3 squats on last round).
10 BRs
30 plank with shrug
40 situps
50 squats
This workout hurt.
