95 Pound Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, 50 reps
95 pound Thruster, 25 reps
30 Pull-ups

53x5, 63x5, 73x4 - photographer threw me off balance. ;)

WOD - 13:21 w/ 63# and blue band. As usual, pull ups slowed me down.
