BS work 56-56-56 (only 4 this set due to knee pain)
BP warm 8x15, 6x35, 4x45, 2x55 BP work 55-55-55
DL warm 8x35,6x45,2x55,4x65,2x75
DL work 80
tried 1 set pullups with heavy band (too hard-Joe had to lift)
2nd & 3rd with 2 bands (too easy); last set with hold at top
