Back Squat 5-5-5

WoD
Complete as many rounds in 10 minutes as you can of:
15 Box jump, 30 inch box
Sumo deadlift highpull 135 pounds, 12 reps
Pull-ups 9 reps

Scaled
9 Box jump, 12 inch box
Sumo deadlift highpull 65 pounds, 9 reps
Pull-ups 6 reps

Static work
Mashup
Alternate the following two exercises using Tabata interval's timing for a total of 16 rounds of work. Score is the total number of reps.

Handstands
L-sits



James Hobart took 3rd place at CF New England's big 'Throwdown'.
And as you can see, he did it with excellent form.
