Didn't do WOD. THURSDAY walk jog 4 miles. FRIDAY Went to the gym. Ran 2 miles on treadmill 19:00 minutes then walked a half mile cool down. 10X95 BS & DL, 10X50 FS SATURDAY ran walk 4 miles SUNDAY ran 45 minutes stopped for 5on hill. Past last year 20 min mark by at least 150 yards

why didn't i know you were an OFFICIAL affiliate?! that's awesome. may be around for the open house, but unlikely at this point, unfortunately.
