"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Mary modified with handstands against wall, no push-ups on handstand, holding position for ten seconds

20 minutes of
10 second hand stand.
10 one leg squats
15 pull-ups
completed four rounds plus
10 second hand stand
10 leg squats
10 pull-ups

5 jumping negatives
10 regular pushups
15 air squats
13 rounds +5 jumping negatives & 3 pushups

Kris, Eric and Karen all did "Mary".

All three slightly modified the 1 legged squats by using boxes/benches to limited the ROM.

Karen used a 17" bench
Eric used a 16" box
Kris used a 12" box

Excellent work all around!
