Mary modified with handstands against wall, no push-ups on handstand, holding position for ten seconds

Kris, Eric and Karen all did "Mary".
All three slightly modified the 1 legged squats by using boxes/benches to limited the ROM.
Karen used a 17" bench
Eric used a 16" box
Kris used a 12" box
