Push-up Ladder

With a continuously running clock do one push-up the first minute, two push-ups the second minute, three push-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.


Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

Joe, I had my gymnasts do that with pull ups today, one of them made it to 15 without any signs of stopping, most of them finished at 9-10. Fun workout.

Regular push-ups on the floor:
10 minutes + 5 extra push-ups

cruised through about 8, then shoulders were toast due to lack of rest between "minutes"

Started the first 1,2,3,4,5 reps one after the other. Continued on remaining 10 minutes to a total of 15 per minute.
