Run, walk or crawl on a treadmill for 20:00 min.
Set incline to 1.0% to simulate outdoor conditions.

ran 1.77 mile...so disappointing!
had trouble figuring out pacing and how fast to use the treadmill.
ran 5 minutes walked 1 minute
