5 rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.



Good luck to Dani B. and her team CrossFit Decatur. They'll be competing this Friday in the CrossFit Games Affiliate Cup challenge.

Joe - Thanks for encouragement and the support. My heart has beating rapidly sense the first of the week, and all my dreams this week have been about competing at the Games! I'm sooooo ready... Two days until I hear my call to duty 3 - 2 - 1 GO!

Modified "Lynne" push-ups instead of bench
5 rounds of push-ups and pull-ups
round 1: 25 push, 8 L pull-ups
round 2: 25 push, 7 L Pull=ups
round 3: 20 push, a mere 3 L pull-ups
round 4: 25 push, 10 bicep pull-ups
round 5: 20 push, 8 bicep pull-ups

Modified "Lynne" push-ups (using high side of foam cube as depth target) instead of bench press; body rows for pull-ups

round 1: 16 push, 11 body rows
round 2: 21 push, 11 body rows
round 3: 20 push, 10 body rows
round 4: 20 push, 8 body rows
round 5: 14 push, 10 body rows
