Modified "Lynne" push-ups (using high side of foam cube as depth target) instead of bench press; body rows for pull-ups 5 rounds max reps round 1: 16 push, 11 body rows round 2: 21 push, 11 body rows round 3: 20 push, 10 body rows round 4: 20 push, 8 body rows round 5: 14 push, 10 body rows
