Front Squat
5-5-5-5-5

Complete as many rounds in 12 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Good Mornings
5x3

Burgener warmup

Front Squat
15x5,15x5 (both with bar), 20x5 (DB/goblet), 15x5 (bar), 25x5 (DB/goblet)

AMRAP in 12 minutes:
5 Pull-ups with blue band
10 Push-ups
15 Squats (depth/knees getting a little better)

4 rounds + 5 pull-ups

2 body rows
4 Push-ups on low bench
6 Squats

3 rounds + 2 body rows + 2 pushups
