Hello Everyone,
2nd place in the weekend golf tournament which finished today at 6:15. I shot my low round of the year. No doubt I'm fresher at the end of a round and hit my shots farther than ever thanks to Crossfit. Not bad for 50 years old.
Oh, and 2nd place paid for a few more months of Crossfit. My wife is pleased I won't be asking her for mo' money!!!

15-9-6 reps of:
Handstand push-ups from bench
dips on GHD
Push-ups

NOTE: screwed up and did 21 reps for HSPU and dips on 1st round!
