Hang Power Snatch

Three rounds for time of:
5 Muscle-ups
15 Burpees

Post time to comments.

Each burpee terminates with a jump one foot above max standing reach.

Played in an inter-club golf match between Haverhill and Andover. Haverhill won (!!!) and I was able to beat my opponent and contribute. After playing 27 holes on Saturday at Andover I wasn't happy with the way I played, so I went to Haverhill and played another 9. The guys on my team thought I was crazy because they were so tired after 27. They don't do Crossfit.

18 more today and I'm still pretty fresh, but too late for the workout.

I didnt write the time down... but I did it. Hang power snatched ended at 85.
