Team workout


Row 250 while your partner performs as many Pull-ups as possible
Switch stations, repeat
rest 1 minute
Row 250 while your partner performs as many Thrusters as possible
Switch stations, repeat
rest 1 minute
Row 250 while your partner performs as many Push-ups as possible
Switch stations, repeat

Rowing must stop if the nonrowing partners is off the bar on the pull-ups, place the weight on the ground on the thrusters or has something other than a hand or foot on the ground for the push-ups.

Record reps and total time in comments.
