Overhead Squat 3-3-3-3-3

Complete as many rounds in 12 minutes as you can of:
Dumbbell Power snatch, 12 reps
10 Push-ups

subbed pullups for OS due to knee pain

no band: almost got one, then practiced trying to hold after lifted to top

12 DB hang power snatch (3 lb)
10 pushups

6 rounds + 12 snatch
