CFWUx2 subbed pull-ups with box push-ups

(still really sore from "pull-up madness")

While partner rows 1000m complete as many rounds of:
5 push-ups
10 sit-ups
15 squats

3:41, 5ROUNDS + 12squats
3:45, 5ROUNDS + 10squats
3:40, 6ROUNDS + 2push-ups
