Skills
Front Lever Tucks
Box Jumps

Five rounds of:

Pull-ups
Handstand Push-ups
Kettlebell swings
Dips

In this workout you work at each of four stations for 90 seconds. There is a 30 second rest between exercises. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep.

Body Rows
reps of 18-15-15= 48pts

Handstand Push-ups
reps of 29-29-25= 83pts

Kettlebell swings (35lbs)
reps of 21-30-25= 76pts

Dips
reps of 15-17-20= 49pts

Total Points= 256
