SJ - 155, 175, 190 PR - managed to tweak my left hammy on the 175. Glad a I have a few days to rest.

FS- 115#- 16, 10, 10 - had a few more but lost my fingertips and the bar rolled of the front. Stupid forearms.

Front Squat: 95 lbs, 19, 13, 9. Lost the bar each time - need to try to keep trunk more upright.
