i was feeling Murph still, and i think i did 6 rounds for 10:28, which would mean my 5 rounds were 9:04...i still have no idea. both times are WORSE then my original 8:52..so anything possible lol. 10# plated sit ups and box jumps on 20 inch box. @Joe, Im still hoping to come Friday night, I will text you when i have better idea, probably tomrrow around 4....

Feeling beat up 2day. I guess football practice the day before this workout is not an smart idea. Oh well: NO WHINNING!!!!
