Looking back to 6/19 workout, I may have also had a problem with the russian lunges & not just the hpc.

Rounds 1 & 2: only did Farmer's Walk 50ft (didn't realize was supposed to go 100)
Rounds 3 & 4: did 100 ft.
5th round got 1 walk @ 50ft
