If Ema is correct on the WOD, then:

30 box jumps, 20", 3 chin-ups, 8:31

For some reason, beating Ema by one second, even though I'm wimping out with only 3 chin-ups per round, sticks in my memory.

95 - got 5, but only 2 were decent with no push at the top
